after a nice start on saturday today i like tech to cover the number against smu. since when did smu become a decent football team? one year after nearly making a bowl game and now they're suddenly only getting 8 points? texas tech, despite losing a number of top recievers to graduation this year, will have a rare repeat starter at qb in graham harrell. tech may be down a little this year, and smu may have improved but let's not forget there's a reason the red raiders hammered smu 32-3 last year.
