Fresh off a 2-0 Monday, the birdman is back to give you a couple Tuesday winners.

First up, take Pitt +9 at Uconn. I know that Uconn is the number one team in the country, but this Pitt team is tough. Remember that Pitt has only lost one game just like Uconn and they both are 6-1 in the Big East. Also keep in mind that Pitt is 3-0 against ranked teams this season. In their last two games at Uconn, Pitt lost by 3 and won outright by 10. This Pitt team is too solid to be getting 9 points. They are a legitimate final four contender and it is a disgrace that they are getting nearly double digits. Take Pitt and watch them easily stay within this number (if not win outright).

Next, take Creighton -2 at home against N. Iowa. N. Iowa is the "it" team of the Missouri Valley conference right now with their national ranking, but look for Creighton to show them who is the real deal in this conference. Remember it is Creighton who is the team that nearly every year makes the tournament from the MVC...and they have the team to make a run this year as well. With a win tonight, Creighton takes over first place in the MVC...yes, over N. Iowa...and look for them to do just that. Creighton has already won at N. Iowa this year (55-52) and they are every bit as good...so why are they favored by less than what they won on the road??? No answer to that one. Creighton gets it done today and covers this small spread.
