until these games stop going over we're not going to stop taking easy winners. offense has been up all bowl season long and look for it to continue today with another shootout in this one. total isnt set particuarly high for two teams that have been scoring in bunches all year. fresno has fallen off defensively since the usc heartbreaker and i dont see them getting right against a balanced tulsa team that has been improving all year. combined these two teams come in averaging 80 ppg (Tulsa 33, Fresno 39) and should hit this guy in the 3rd. it's also possible they score 20+ points in the last two minutes as that's my thing.
